You would first need a website to advertise what you can offer and your past performance. Add some sort of payment system for subscribers. ie Paypal.

You would have to advertise you site so people will visit. Some ways are using forums, google ads, blogs, etc.

Back test the idea first. Few months does not mean anything. You need to survive all kinds of markets.
