What is the cheapest way to buy mutual funds other than the fund itself?

All companies I know i.e. Fidelity, Scottrade,
E-trade charge fees…selling/purchase of Mutual Funds. Which one is the best and least expensive?

what ever mutual fund you buy..you have to pay 2.25 as a service charge. some time, Govt. mutual funds like, UTI, SBI may not charge this service charges in NFO (New fund Offer) only.
