I have a question about Futures Trading Account at Etrade?


They allow only US citizen for applying at the website.
Do they really mean that?
My brother is a green card holder, have SSN, and live in the States. Can he apply via the website?

I don’t know about E-Trade itself, but my firm, Main Street Trading, emailed me the documents because I couldn’t fill them out on line with them either.
